I am a space holder, a channel, and a student of the divine feminine—a multi-passionate being deeply rooted in the art of healing. I support the physical, energetic, and spiritual bodies through intuitive, transformative practices.

Trained as a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, Reiki Master, Akashic Record healer, and Kundalini teacher, I have always felt a deep calling to serve the collective in the highest way possible.

My journey into healing deepened years ago when I developed an autoimmune condition that left me with more questions than answers. I felt alone, scared, and uncertain about how to help myself. In my search for healing, I dove deeper into bodywork, focusing on balancing my nervous, immune, and lymphatic systems. I also committed to daily, longer Kundalini meditations, each one designed to heal my body.

One day, in the middle of a meditation, I began to feel a new energy moving through my hands. I was guided to place them over my body, and as I did, I felt a powerful rush of energy flowing through me. I instantly knew it was healing me. Later, I discovered this energy was Reiki, and so I began to train as a practitioner — for my own healing, with no idea it would become my soul's calling.

As I deepened my devotion to these practices, my health began to shift. My symptoms cleared, and I was able to fully embrace life again. Along the way, I met myself in a way I had never known before. I discovered my true power and felt safe to release everything that no longer served me.

I share these practices with you because I know they work. I believe in them wholeheartedly. I believe in our inherent power to heal, and I believe that real, lasting change starts with the ripples of love we create when we show up for ourselves each day. In doing so, we heal not only ourselves but also become beacons of light and service to our communities and the world at large.
